A personal methodology for examining the stuck points I encounter—from the everyday mundane annoyances that build into a simmering fissure, to the complex narratives of trauma embedded within the body. These "tumors" serve as physical manifestations of the emotional weight I carry, accumulating mass from the negativity these stuck points generate. This collection represents a few of those burdens, now excised.
